Texas Energy Holdings, a privately held energy investment firm concentrating in active development of oil and gas fields, has launched three subsidiary companies:
Texas Energy Operations maintains and operates fiscal oil properties. It currently operates over 500 wells in two states with revenues greater than $1 million.
Texas Energy Operating Service drills proprietary wells, in addition to the ability to drill wells for other companies. The company owns four drilling rigs and three workover rigs, among other equipment.
Texas Energy Operating Supplies will provide oil field equipment and oil field supplies to Texas Energy Holdings' operations and contracted operations.
"The vertical expansion of Texas Energy Holdings is an important part of our growth plan; each subsidiary company is lean and smart," said Chad Willis, president of Texas Energy Holdings. "These subsidiary companies enable us to continue building our presence, strength and momentum in field operations, while capitalizing on production potential."
