Cebu Pacific to Move Entire Operations to Ninoy Aquino Terminal-3
Philippines-based airline Cebu Pacific has announced that it will move its entire domestic and international operations to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal-3, starting on August 1, 2008.
The airline has started domestic ATR operations at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal-3 (NAIA-3) on July 22, 2007. Cebu Pacific expects to carry seven million passengers in 2008, compared to almost 5.5 million passengers in 2007.
Lance Gokongwei, president and CEO of Cebu Pacific, said: “NAIA-3′s opening is a welcome development for us especially since we have outgrown both the domestic passenger terminal and NAIA-1. Now that we will be flying both domestic and international services under one roof, we will be able to see some operational efficiency and offer our passengers an even better product.”
