Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Romania's state-owned heat and electricity producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., a subsidiary of Termoelectrica S.A., plans to commission a new natural-gas-fired combined-cycle unit at the CET Vest Power Plant in September. The unit, which consists of a General Electric (NYSE:GE) gas turbine, is undergoing the final stage of execution under an engineering, procurement and construction contract by Siemens (Munich, Germany).
