Trina Solar, an integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic products, has entered into a sales agreement with Enel.si, a subsidiary of Italian energy major Enel.
Under the terms of the two-year agreement, Trina Solar will supply Enel with a total of 17MW of photovoltaic (PV) modules starting in 2008, which includes 15MW of scheduled delivery for 2009 at fixed prices.
Enel.si, which is a 100% subsidiary of Enel, is reported to be active in photovoltaic, solar thermal, miniwind energy and other products and services related to an efficient use of power and gas.
