Law Firm to Open New Office Near AK Clients in West Chester Township, Ohio

Jul. 31–WEST CHESTER TWP. — Frost Brown Todd will open an office in West Chester Twp., in part to better serve major client AK Steel Corp., the law firm announced.

The office, in the Centre Point Business Park along Interstate 75 and Union Centre Boulevard, will open Jan. 1, 2009, officials announced in a news release.

The new office will house 12 attorneys, with Thomas Swope serving as administrative member.

The firm said being more accessible to AK Steel, which is headquartered in West Chester Twp, played a significant part in the decision.

“As AK Steel and the surrounding area continue to grow, FBT aims to improve its accessibility to this important client as well as position itself to be available to other growing businesses in the region,” the company said.

Its expanding Ohio governmental practice group, led by Don Crain and Scott Phillips, will also be based at the office.

Frost Brown Todd has offices located in Middletown and Cincinnati, as well as other locations across Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and West Virginia.
