The Vista Energy Group Announces Formation of Solar and Renewables Energy Practice

The Vista Energy Group (Vista) is pleased to announce the formation of its solar and renewables energy practice. Vista has long worked on engagements focused on renewable energy and has extended its network to include Mr. Ron Celentano, a nationally recognized expert in the solar energy, to its consulting team. Mr. Celentano has been at the forefront of advancing solar generation in the commercial market in the Mid-Atlantic region and has actively contributed to the rules for solar as a renewable energy source in Pennsylvania. The solar and renewables energy practice provides assistance to Vista's traditional client base including utilities, technology companies, project developers, financial parties and large commercial, industrial and institutional customers, as well as governmental entities. Vista is actively working on two large solar projects in Pennsylvania.
Vista has established solar expertise and is well positioned as an objective source of information and market insight. In addition, Vista has a wide network of industry experts and can ensure that clients are able to gain timely insight and expertise throughout the US.
Vista's practice will continue to provide project feasibility studies, carbon footprint computations, regulatory analyses, project finance advice, information on available subsidies, environmental attribute analyses, and assistance on contract negotiations. Vista has experience with municipal and state law as well as tax issues. Vista also has experience in dealing with contractors and can assist in all aspects of solar and renewable deployments. Vista understands the many aspects of how and why renewable and solar energy deployment is critical to the energy landscape.
