Pritchard Capital Partners Expands Equity Research Group
Pritchard Capital Partners, an energy investment bank, announced today that Raymond Deacon, formerly of BMO Capital Markets, has joined the firm as a senior exploration and production energy analyst. Deacon brings 16 years of industry experience to Pritchard’s equity research team, and his primary focus will be on E&P companies in the Appalachian Basin and the Rockies.

While at BMO Capital Markets, Deacon was the senior U.S. E&P analyst covering large-, mid- and small-cap oil and gas producers. Previously, he held senior analyst positions at First Albany (now Broadpoint), Royal Bank of Canada/Dain Rauscher and Hibernia Bank/Southcoast Capital. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Colgate University and carries the CFA designation.
Deacon will be jointly based out of Pritchard Capital’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices.
