Tyler Wins Contract From Retirement Board of Allegheny County

Tyler Technologies, a provider of integrated information management solutions and services for local governments, has signed an agreement with the Retirement Board of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, to provide its Pension Management solution for the administration of the Allegheny County Employees Retirement Fund.

The contract includes software licenses, as well as related professional services, ongoing maintenance and support. According to Tyler, its Pension Management system provides public sector agencies with a customizable solution for managing their pension plans.

Built on the Microsoft .NET framework, the web-enabled system is expected to give individuals online access to their account information. Allegheny County is the second county in Pennsylvania to invest in the Pension Management solution, which is compliant with the County Pension Law (Act 96) of the Pennsylvania state legislature.
