Thai Airways Re-Opens Royal Silk Lounge at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

Thai Airways has opened its renovated Royal Silk lounge at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia.
Thai Airways's Royal Silk lounge at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport has undergone renovations from November 2007 until April 2008. The airline said that the new lounge has capacity for 75 passengers, 11 seats in the VIP section and 64 seats in the main lounge.
Thai Airways's Royal Silk lounge serves its business class passengers, Royal Orchid Plus gold card members, Star Alliance gold card members, Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa Airlines premium class passengers.
Wanporn Wibooncharoenkitja, managing director of ground customer services department at Thai Airways, said: "With the relaunch of Thai's Royal Silk lounge at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, passengers can enjoy the facilities, products, and services offered in the lounge, where they can relax or work, based on their travel requirements."
