Kingfisher Airlines to Launch Non-Stop Service Between Bangalore and London

Kingfisher Airlines has announced that it will debut its international services from India with the launch of daily non-stop flights between Bangalore and London’s Heathrow Airport, on September 3, 2008.
The airline said that the daily non-stop service will be operated using Airbus A330-200 aircraft.
Vijay Mallya, chairman and CEO of Kingfisher Airlines, said: “I am delighted to announce the launch of Kingfisher Airlines’s maiden international service between Bangalore and London’s Heathrow airport. I believe that the Bangalore-London route is under-served and the launch of Kingfisher’s daily non-stop service will exploit the latent potential that exists.”
