O’Charley’s Inc. To Present at Investor Conference

O’Charley’s Inc. (NASDAQ/NM: CHUX), a leading casual-dining restaurant company, today announced that the Company will be presenting to the investment community at the Morgan Keegan 2008 Equity Conference at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee. Greg Burns, chairman and chief executive officer of O’Charley’s Inc., and Larry Hyatt, chief financial officer, will represent the Company.

The Company’s presentation will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2008, at 2:00 pm CT.
