North Korean Radio Mentions Angolan Satellite Plan

Text of report by state-run North Korean radio on 28 August
On 23 August, Angola announced a plan to manufacture and fire a satellite called Angosat. Steps will be taken accordingly, such as the acceleration of the construction of substructures required for manufacturing and firing the satellite.
The firing of the satellite is aimed at upgrading the country’s information technology level by one notch in line with the demands of the information industry era.
The government will reportedly direct a lot of funds towards the accomplishment of the plan.
