(BULLETIN BOARD: WFYW) home of the Springboard Location Based Services (LBS) Platform and Lightyear Network Solutions, LLC, today announced a conference call to discuss the proposed merger between the two organizations. On the call, the management team will outline the growth prospects for the combined entity, which will be addressing the fastest growing areas within the wireless telecommunications marketplace. Additionally, there will be a detailed discussion about the organizational structure of the new company and the markets the company will be addressing.
