Austrian, Scandinavian Airlines and SWISS Join ANA ProFlyers Bonus Scheme
Tokyo, Sept 3, 2008 – (JCN Newswire) – ANA ProFlyers Bonus, a reward scheme designed for Japan-based corporate customers, will be extended to include ANA’s Star Alliance partner airlines Austrian, Scandinavian Airlines and SWISS from October 1 this year.
At present, corporate customers belonging to the ANA ProFlyers Bonus (APF) accrue one APF point for every 50,000 Yen spent on air travel with ANA, Asiana, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, THAI and United, which equates to 1,000 Yen in coupons redeemable by the member company against any of the following: ANA gift cards, office supplies, overseas mobile phone rental, flowers, and goods purchased at ANA Festa/ ANA House airport outlets.
From October 1 this year, flights on Austrian Airlines, Scandinavian Singapore Airlines and Swiss will also be covered by the scheme, extending the network to 543 cities worldwide. Employees of customer companies will thus enjoy greater freedom to choose from nine carriers when planning their business trips. And as points become easier to earn, corporate clients will enjoy greater rewards.
Each individual traveller may also accrue mileage for flights, redeemable across the entire Star Alliance network. Booking international flights under the scheme could not be simpler, thanks to a dedicated ANA ProFlyers Bonus website available 24 hours a day: www.ana.co.jp/apf. Bookings can also be made through the ANA International Customer Service Center or a travel agent.
To mark the expanded service, new corporate members registering with APF from today will receive a 5,000 Yen ANA gift card for the first flight taken on any of the nine participating airlines between October and December this year. There are no fees for registration in or membership of AFP. Details of this campaign can be found at: www.ana.co.jp/int/promotion/apf.
