Titan Energy Worldwide to Supply Modular Backup Power System for New Five-Story Mixed-Use Development in Suburban Minneapolis

Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: TEWI) announced today that its subsidiary, Titan Energy Systems, has been awarded a contract to supply a 750kW modular power system (MPS) to Windsor Plaza, a new 140,000 sq ft mixed-use retail/office development scheduled for completion in December 2008 located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Titan Energy Systems is a full line sales and service provider of power generation equipment with headquarters in Minnetonka, Minnesota and satellite offices in Nebraska and Iowa.

According to Tom Vagts, Chief Operating Officer for Titan Energy Systems, "The MPS solution provides increased capacity in a cost-effective solution that is flexible and scalable. With built-in paralleling, this power system has the ability to expand and add capacity as this new development gains tenants and new businesses increase the load requirements."

The 750kW natural gas modular power system, manufactured by Generac Power Systems of Waukesha, Wisconsin, will provide emergency backup power to the Windsor Plaza development which encompasses 4.65 acres, housing 105,000 sq ft of office space and an additional 35,000 rentable square feet for retail and restaurant space.
