On-Demand Business Intelligence Applications Leader Cloud9 Analytics Announces Fifteen New Customers in June and July

Cloud9 Analytics, the leading provider of on-demand business intelligence (BI) applications, today announced it signed fifteen new customers in June and July for its on-demand sales pipeline management applications. The company delivers a new class of business intelligence with role-based applications that meet the unique needs of individual sales, marketing and operations professionals. This customer momentum follows the release of a full suite of sales analytics products, the Cloud9 Pipeline Management Suite, as well as the inception of the Cloud9 Advisory Board.

"We're very pleased with the fast pace of customer adoption; it's a clear demonstration that our solutions are addressing real pains for (NYSE: CRM) customers," said Swayne Hill, CEO of Cloud9 Analytics. "Effective sales pipeline management and reliable sales forecasting are notoriously difficult functions in business. We take pride in knowing that we're not only making these daily tasks easier for customers, but also helping them create more competitive businesses."

Cloud9's new customers include CCI, a provider of network infrastructure solutions; TelePhoto Technologies Inc, delivering innovative entertainment solutions through quality production, repackaging, repurposing and licensing of horse racing content; and SignalDemand, the leader in on-demand price and margin optimization software for manufacturers. Also joining Cloud9's customer roster are Vocera Communications, Inc., a provider of wireless communication systems enabling instant voice communication among mobile workers for leading institutions and companies requiring enhanced customer service, productivity, and teamwork; CaseStack, a sustainability-focused innovator providing total supply chain solutions; and ARRIS, a global communications technology company specializing in the design, engineering and supply of technology supporting triple- and quad-play broadband services for residential and business customers around the world.

"One of the most important metrics for our business is Sales Velocity", said Pete Wagener, SVP Sales Operations for ARRIS. "Cloud9 gives us the visibility we need to better identify velocity by sales stage and take the necessary actions for improvement. Cloud9 gives us new capability that's just not readily available in our CRM system."

With Cloud9's Pipeline Management Suite providing personalized sales analytics, companies can grow revenue by reducing risk and increasing productivity at every level of the sales organization. Current Cloud9 customers have seen significant bottom-line results such as revenue doubling and increases of up to 50% in close rates, all within the first few months.

"Cloud9 provides the tools that our sales organization requires to effectively manage the pipeline," said Bob Flury, vice president of sales at Vocera Communications. "The Pipeline Management Suite makes it easier to identify potential risks and areas for improvement, allowing our sales team to make timely adjustments to pipeline and forecast information."

The Cloud9 Pipeline Management Suite enables dynamic sales pipeline management and comprises Pipeline Accelerator, Forecast Accelerator, and Cloud9 for Excel. The suite's applications are pre-configured for more immediate results and can be up and running in a single day without requiring training or IT support.
