EnerVest Appoints Alison Whiteley Vice President - Institutional Acquisitions and Engineering

EnerVest, Ltd., ("EnerVest") today announced the appointment of Alison Whiteley, P.E., as Vice President - Institutional Acquisitions and Engineering within the Acquisitions and Divestitures Department.

Prior to joining EnerVest Whiteley served as Managing Director, Engineering and Planning, at Dominion E&P. In her career at Dominion, EOG Resources, Chevron USA and Tenneco Oil, Whiteley served in a variety of roles of growing responsibility in operations, business development, engineering and planning.

"Alison is an outstanding addition to our A&D team," said John B. Walker, EnerVest president and CEO. "As we continue to evaluate larger acquisition opportunities, Alison's leadership skills will be vital to our success."

Whiteley earned her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College, and was graduated summa cum laude with a M.B.A. from the University of Houston.

Houston-based EnerVest, founded in 1992, acquires, develops and operates oil and gas fields on behalf of its institutional investors. EnerVest controls more than $4 billion in oil and gas assets and produces more than 250 MMCFE per day. EnerVest operates more than 11,000 wells in 11 states. EnerVest owns the general partner of EV Energy Partners, L.P., which is a Houston-based master limited partnership engaged in acquiring, producing and developing oil and gas properties.
