Eps Corp Hires Peter Ludlum As Chief Financial Officer

COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ — eps corp today announced that Peter Ludlum has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Ludlum holds an extensive background over his 30-year career, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Compliance Officer for Applied Medical Resources Corporation. He was previously Group Controller for IsotTis S.A.A, Chief Financial Officer of GenSci Regeneration Sciences Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Biometrics, Inc. Earlier in his career Ludlum worked for energy conglomerate Mobil Oil Corporation, and for subsidiaries of Bechtel Corporation and PacifiCorp.

Ludlum received his M.B.A. from California State University at Fullerton, a B.S. In Business and Economics from Lehigh University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
