NP Capital Corp - (Solar Energy Initiatives) Announces Hiring of Chief Financial Officer

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NP Capital Corp (BULLETIN BOARD: NPCX) - (Solar Energy Initiatives, http://www.solarenergy.com/ ) announced today that Gregory N. Bakeman has joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining the Company, from October 2006 through present, Mr. Bakeman provided renewable energy and management consulting services to various enterprises. From 2000 through 2006, Mr. Bakeman initially served as the Chief Financial Officer and director and then as the CEO, President, CFO, and director for McKenzie Bay International, Ltd., an alternative energy technologies and natural resources company. Mr. Bakeman has also held positions with Bank of America (Fleet Capital Corporation), BDO Seidman and CIT Business Credit. His experience includes development and execution positions with finance companies where he originated and completed investment banking engagements and commercial loans covering a wide variety of industries and transaction sizes totaling more than 50 projects and $150 Million in transaction value. Mr. Bakeman received a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 1981 and a MBA from Seidman College of Business - Grand Valley State University in 1986.
