Samson Oil & Gas Appoints Non-Executive Board Director

Samson Oil & Gas has appointed Keith Skipper as its new non-executive director to the board.
Mr Skipper has been involved in the petroleum industry since he started his career with Amoco Canada Petroleum in 1970. Mr Skipper holds public company directorships in Red Sky Energy, Rawson Resources and NorthStar Energy.
Mr Skipper's experience includes 12-years based in North America with Amoco, a decade in Australia with Bridge Oil and several years with Pan Canadian Petroleum and Antrim Energy in Calgary, Alberta. Simultaneously, David Cairns has resigned as a director. Mr Cairns has been a director since 1994.
