Copper Mountain Commences Trading on the TSX Exchange

VANCOUVER, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (“CMMC” or the “Company) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval for the listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) of the Company’s common shares (the “Shares”) and the Company’s common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) that currently trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company’s Shares and Warrants will be listed and commence trading on Toronto Stock Exchange at the opening on September 19, 2008, under the symbol “CUM” and “CUM.WT”.

Mr. O’Rourke, Chief Executive Officer of Copper Mountain stated: “we are pleased with the graduation to the senior stock exchange in Canada as we advance our copper project towards the production target by the end of 2010″.

As a result of this graduation, there will be no further trading under the symbol “CUM” and “CUM.WT” on TSX Venture Exchange after market close on September 18, 2008, and the Company’s Shares and Warrants will trade on the TSX Exchange rather than the TSX Venture Exchange.
