SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Gas and Electric Company issued the following statement from Peter A. Darbee, President and CEO of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, on the California Public Utilities Commission's Long Term Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan.
