Iran, Oman, Pakistan to Hold Talks on Gas Deal

Tehran, 24 Sept: The issue of gas deal between the Islamic Republic, Oman and Pakistan will be pursued next week in Tehran.
A group of experts from Oman and Pakistan will hold talks with the Iranian side on the gas deal next week.
On September 2, Iran's Oil Minister Gholamhoseyn Nowzari visited Oman to follow up the Iran-Oman gas deal.
During the visit, Nowzari said that Iran and Oman will pursue negotiations in the near future on the gas deal.
Leading an Iranian delegation to Oman, Nowzari held talks with Omani officials on energy cooperation and development of oil and gas fields as well as export of gas to Oman.
In his meetings, Nowzari elaborated on Iran's oil and gas potentials as well as opportunities for boosting cooperation.
The Islamic Republic has the second largest gas reserves after Russia
