TRENDnet Announces Energy Star Certification of Over 50 Networking Hardware Solutions

Energy Star is a joint program by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy (DOE). Energy Star certifies strict electrical consumption thresholds for a variety of products with the goal of reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Products ranging from home appliances, office equipment, lighting, home electronics and networking hardware can gain Energy Star certification.
