Tiger Airways to Increase Flights Between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur

Tiger Airways has announced that it will operate a total five flights a day between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from December 1, 2008, up from one daily flight per day.
The airline said that this will result in more than 40,000 seats a month each way, or the equivalent of 480,000 extra seats on the route every year.
Rosalynn Tay, managing director of Tiger Airways, said: "This is a huge milestone in Asian low fare aviation, and at Tiger Airways we are very proud to be leading the way once again. This huge increase in flights between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore means one thing for travelers lots more Tiger Airways's famous low fares."
