SALEKHARD. Sept 30 (Interfax) – Eni would be interested in taking part in the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant on the Yamal Peninsula, Paolo Scaroni, the Italian company’s CEO, told reporters in Salekhard.
Scaroni said Eni would gladly consider any offer by Gazprom (RTS: GAZP) to become involved in the Yamal LNG project because global demand for LNG is on the increase.
