MN Airlines LLC Dba Sun Country Airlines and MN Airline Holdings, Inc. Appoints New Board Members

MN Airlines LLC dba Sun Country Airlines announces that Stanley J. Gadek was appointed as Chairman of the Board and John S. Fredericksen as Director. Mr. Fredericksen joins Mr. Gadek, T. Jay Salmen, William Dunlap and Thomas S. Hay on the board. Mr. Gadek will retain his current title as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Country Airlines as well.

Mr. Gadek joined Sun Country in March of 2008 after leaving AirTran where he served as Senior VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for 8 years.

Mr. Fredericksen is currently Vice President and General Counsel of Sun Country Airlines. Mr. Fredericksen has served in this role since 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Fredericksen held senior positions with Mesaba Airlines and was counsel for the FAA.

Mr. Gadek, Mr. Fredericksen and Mr. Dunlap were also elected to the board of MN Airline Holdings, Inc, the holding company for MN Airlines LLC dba Sun Country Airlines. In addition, Mr. Gadek was appointed Chairman of the Board of MN Airlines Holdings, Inc.

The boards of both MN Airlines LLC dba Sun Country Airlines and MN Airline Holdings, Inc accepted the resignations of Mr. Thomas J. Petters, former Chairman of the Board and Mr. David S. Baer, Director.
