SolarExpress PDA II CF USB Host Card for Pocket PCs is Compatible With National Instruments USB Data Acquisition Module
Light Cone Corp. announced today that the SolarExpress PDA II (CF USB Host) Card is compatible with National Instrument NI USB-6009 data acquisition hardware module.
"The SolarExpress PDA II card used with the NI USB-6009 and LabVIEW PDA Module, will offer scientists, technicians, engineers and students an off-the-shelf solution for turning their Pocket PCs into a mobile data acquisition analyzer," said Curtis Lewis, Vice President of Marketing at Light Cone Corp.
The SolarExpress PDA II card USB host port provides 5v@200mA, includes WM6,WM5,WM 2003SE and Windows Mobile 2003 drivers, a USB peripheral viewer monitor program, Standard A to Mini A USB cable and a Y-USB Host cable. The SolarExpress PDA II Card sells for $84.95 at Light Cone's on-line store.
The card is compatible with HP iPAQs 210, 211, 212, 214, hx2790/95, hx2490/95, hx2190/95, hx4705, h2210/15 and Dell Axim x50, x50V, x51, x51V Pocket PCs.

The multi-function USB bus powered NI-USB-6009 data acquisition module offers one counter, eight analog inputs with 14-bit resolution and a 48 kS/s sampling rate and two analog outputs with 12-bit resolution and a 150 S/s sampling rate for accurately acquiring data.
