SuperShuttle International Inc. Acquires Shamrock Transportation in Fort Collins, Colo.

PHOENIX, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- SuperShuttle International, Inc. announced today it has acquired Shamrock Taxi and Shamrock Airport Express in Ft. Collins, Colo. creating the largest on-demand transportation company in Colorado. This will increase SuperShuttle's foot print in Colorado on the Front Range from South Denver to Cheyenne, Wyo. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

The acquisition of Shamrock Transportation includes Yellow Cab and Airport Express and will add an additional 50 vehicles and 170 new employees to the Colorado SuperShuttle team. The acquisition will also give SuperShuttle of Denver additional operating authority extending its service from South Denver to Cheyenne, Wyo.
Shamrock Airport Express provides a variety of personal transportation options in Northern Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyo. that will be rolled into existing SuperShuttle operations including six full-sized motor coaches, six 21-passenger shuttle vans, 15 11-passenger vans and two stretch limousines and over a dozen taxi cabs providing service to and from the Denver International Airport.
