INFORMATIONAL MEETING ON PLYMOUTH AIRPORT PROJECT

PLYMOUTH – Plymouth Airport officials will hold an informational meeting on proposed site improvements on Thursday.

The forum was rescheduled at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict.

Residents can view proposed airport plans and talk to commissioners from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the airport conference room on South Meadow Road.

Airport officials want to extend a runway so that airport traffic can be more evenly divided between two runways.

The extension also would prevent some cutting of trees along the buffer on South Meadow Road.
