SilkAir, Goodrich Sign Flight Hour Agreement for A320 Nacelle Support

Goodrich, a US-based supplier of aerospace and defense systems and services, has signed a long-term flight hour agreement with Singapore Airlines's subsidiary SilkAir for spares and maintenance support of the airline's Airbus A320 engine nacelles.

The agreement is part of Goodrich Aerostructures's Prime Solutions suite of flexible service solutions for nacelle maintenance. Spanning more than 12 years, the long-term agreement will ensure SilkAir's fleet of A320s to have its engine nacelles maintained by the Goodrich Aerostructures Service Center Asia.

Bob Gustafson, vice president and general manager of aftermarket services for Goodrich Aerostructures, said: "This long-term partnership with SilkAir is a resounding endorsement of Prime Solutions and we look forward to working hand in hand with SilkAir over the life of the agreement."
