Union Drilling Appoints Board Member

Union Drilling, a provider of contract land drilling services and equipment to natural gas producers, has appointed Robert Wohleber to its board of directors.
Mr Wohleber has also been appointed to serve on the company's audit committee. He served as senior vice president and CFO of Kerr-McGee, a global oil and gas company, from 1999 until 2006. He previously served on the boards of Freeport McMoRan Sulphur and Tronox.
Thomas O'Neill Jr, chairman of the board of Union Drilling, said: "We are pleased to welcome Bob to the board. His experience and expertise in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions through the ups and downs of commodity cycles is an excellent fit with Union Drilling as it continues to grow."
