Bord Gais Secures Power Supply Contract From St Patrick’s Athletic

Irish energy provider Bord Gais Energy Supply has secured an electricity supply contract with the St Patrick’s Athletic Football Club.

Fergus Walsh, small and medium enterprises sales manager of Bord Gais Energy Supply, said: “Bord Gais Energy Supply has a competitive offering for sporting clubs and small businesses and is currently giving a 10% discount on our electricity offering.”

Philip Nolan, commercial manager at the St Patrick’s Athletic Football Club, said: “We regularly entertain thousands of fans here on Friday evenings, watching competitive games under floodlight. It was important for us to be able to look at the costs associated with this and to ensure we were getting the best value for our club and for our supporters.

“Bord Gais Energy Supply conducted a full energy audit, reviewing all energy costs and worked with us to develop a competitive energy package. This allows us to ensure our energy costs are kept to a minimum and to focus on developing our club.”
