Iberdrola Renovables Begins Inauguration of French Wind Farms
Iberdrola Renovables has begun the inauguration of seven new wind farms in France, which amount to a total capacity of 59.5MW of power.
The company has inaugurated the installations at Mache, with 8MW divided among four Gamesa G90 wind turbines, and at Erize, with 11.5MW from five Nordex N90 wind turbines.
In addition, Iberdrola Renovables has completed the installation of wind farms at Brissy with 6MW of capacity, divided among three Gamesa G90 wind turbines; Sery with 8MW from four G90 wind turbines; Ribemont with 10MW from five G90 wind turbines; Villers le Sec with 6MW from three G90 turbines, and Mauron with 10MW from five G90 wind turbines.
The inauguration of these new installations enables the company to continue strengthening its presence in France, where it has, through its subsidiary Iberdrola Renovables France, 220MW of installed power divided among 23 wind farms. In addition, the company has begun the construction of the wind farm at Gery, rated at 10MW.
