VMS Ventures Inc.: Drill Hole RD-08-64 Intersects 14.47 Metres of 3.27% Copper at Reed Lake Discovery Zone, Snow Lake Manitoba

VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VMS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from drill holes RD-08-62, RD-08-63, RD-08-64 at its Reed Lake Discovery Zone near Snow Lake, Manitoba.

Highlights:

- RD-08-62 Intersects: 2.29 metres (7.51 feet) of 10.42% Copper

- RD-08-63 Intersects: 3.36 metres (11.02 feet) of 4.51% Copper

- RD-08-64 Intersects: 14.47 metres (47.47 feet) of 3.27% Copper

Vice President of Exploration, Dr. George Gale states: "Holes RD-08-62 and RD-08-64 were drilled approximately 30m west of the intercepts in the section containing holes 52, 53, 55, and 56. Drill hole RD-08-63 was drilled within the section containing holes 57, 59 and 61. These holes provide further evidence for continuity of mineralization of both the A lense (holes 62 and 63) and B lense (hole 64) between previously announced drill holes along strike to the west."

The Company is also pleased to announce that, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan, it has granted to certain employees, consultants, directors and officers incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 900,000 common shares exercisable on or before October 21, 2013 at a price of $0.35 per share.
