Austrian Airlines to Launch New Service to Amman

Austrian Airlines has announced that it will launch four new flights a week to Amman, Jordan from May 6, 2009 onwards.
The airline said that the new flights to Amman will be operated using an Airbus A320 aircraft on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Andreas Bierwirth, chief commercial officer of Austrian Airlines, said: “As part of the highly successful Middle East strategy of the Austrian Airlines Group, we are expanding our route by one more destination by reincorporating the city of Amman into the schedule.”
