Atlas Energy Resources, LLC Announces Distribution of $0.61 Per Common Unit for the Third Quarter 2008

Atlas Energy Resources, LLC (NYSE: ATN) reported today that it has declared its quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter 2008 of $0.61 per common unit based on a cash distribution coverage ratio of 1.4x. The distribution is payable Friday, November 14, 2008 to holders of record as of Monday, November 10, 2008.
