Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. Names New Corporate Officers
Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (NYSE:RS) announced today that it has named two additional officers of the Company. James D. Hoffman, 50, is Senior Vice President - Operations and Colleen A. Wolf, 44, is Chief Information Officer. Mr. Hoffman joined the Earle M. Jorgensen Company in 1991 and has served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since 2006. Earle M. Jorgensen Company is a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. From 1980 - 1991, he worked at various positions at United States Steel Corporation. Mr. Hoffman graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Advertising/Marketing.
Prior to joining Reliance, Colleen Wolf served as Vice President of North American Business Systems for Starbucks Coffee Company. Ms. Wolf also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of New Century Financial Corp. and spent ten years in various positions in the Information Technology organization of Mattel, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Supply Chain and Corporate Finance Systems. She received a B. S. degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
