Telizon, a subsidiary of TelePlus World and a provider of value added bundle of commercial telecommunications packages, has signed an agreement to provide customer repair management and support to a Canadian telecommunications provider.
Telizon said that it will utilize its proprietary operating support systems, integrated processes and customer care capabilities, to provide the services under the agreement.
Marius Silvasan, CEO of TelePlus, said: "We continue to broaden our telecommunications portfolio of services. Over the years Telizon has become increasingly recognized as a niche player providing specialty telecom services to an ever increasing customer base. The addition of our latest back office service bureau solution confirms this trend."
