Veolia Environmental Producing Ethanol From Nonfood Feedstock in Ohio, an Industrial Info News Alert

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) — Veolia Environmental Services North America Corporation (Lombard, Wisconsin) and subsidiary Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC (Medina, Ohio) have acquired an ethanol recovery plant in Medina, Ohio, and are producing fuel ethanol from nonfood feedstock. In July, Veolia acquired the plant, which was built by Liquid Resources of Ohio and has been operational since June 2005. Veolia Environmental Services North America is a subsidiary of Veolia Environmental Services and a division of Veolia Environnement (NYSE:VE) (Paris).
