EVTN Expands Oil Industry Representation

November 4, 2008

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: EVTN) announced today that the Company entered into a representative agreement with Southern Chemicals Ltd. to pursue the oil exploration and production market in the country of Trinidad.

Interest from major oil companies and oil industry service companies has accelerated with the dissemination of information through industry channels regarding the superior field performance and economic effectiveness of EVTN’s patented Voraxial(R) Separator. Demand has been driven by the increasing requirements for environmentally clean and efficient energy production.

EVTN believes that the unequaled oil/water/solids separation capability of the advanced Voraxial(R) Separator based systems will provide its expanding international representative organization with market leading technology.

The recent agreement with Southern Chemical is in line with EVTN’s marketing strategy to develop relationships with highly respected, major oil service companies to promote market and sell the Voraxial(R) Separator on a global basis. EVTN is currently in conversations with other oil service providers for possible distributorship and marketing arrangements and believes it will consummate another agreement in the upcoming months. John A. DiBella, VP of EVTN stated, “we are in discussions with a few companies to further increase the market channel for the Voraxial(R) Separator. This agreement with Southern Chemical is already bearing fruit as we are discussing projects and Voraxial(R) deployments with several customers in Trinidad.”

“We already received a very good response from our customers about the Voraxial Separator. These customers are for both offshore and onshore applications. We calculate that some of our customers may require multiple Voraxial units,” states Michael Homer, President of Southern Chemical.

EVTN’s Voraxial(R) separator offers many huge industries including the critical categories of the clean water, environmental, energy, mining and many others; a more economical way of processing and separating fluid streams. The Voraxial(R) processes large volumes of liquids with a small footprint and no pressure loss, allowing customers the opportunity to efficiently handle increasing volumes of fluid. EVTN’s Voraxial(R) addresses multiple, international markets for fluid/fluid and fluid/solid separation with performance capabilities unmatched by competitive systems.

Enviro Voraxial Technology’s proprietary Voraxial(R) Separator is a continuous flow separator that simultaneously separates liquid/liquid, liquid/solid or liquid/liquid/solid mixtures at extremely high flow rates with a small footprint, low energy requirements and no pressure loss. The technological superiority of the Voraxial(R) Separator over conventional technologies is in its ability to produce a real-time, high “g” centrifugal force to yield a high-purity product or products at a volume of 3 gallons per minute to more than 10,000 gallons per minute. The Voraxial(R) Separator technology is scaleable and universal in its implementation. Although the Voraxial(R) Separator is applicable to almost any industry separation process, the Company is focusing its near-term efforts in the following vertical markets: oil exploration and production, oil refineries, deckwater drainage, produced water, mining, and manufacturing.

EVTN is continuing to develop and market its Voraxial(R) Separator as stand-alone technology as well as a key component of a turnkey separation system to improve the efficiency of self-contained treatment systems for multiple applications. http://www.evtn.com/.
