enXco Service, MidAmerican Energy Sign Operations and Maintenance Agreement

enXco Service, an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has signed a multi-year operations and maintenance agreement with the MidAmerican Energy Company, which puts the total capacity under contract at 3,186MW.

This latest contract for 216 turbines adds up to a total of 615 turbines, rated at 897.5MW, that enXco Service operates for MidAmerican, and marks the fourth agreement signed with the MidAmerican Energy Company in 2008.

Larry Barr, executive vice president of enXco Service, said: “These additional contracts strengthen the already strong relationship we have with MidAmerican Energy.
