Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives $1.3 Million Order From the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory for High Power Ka-Band Amplifiers
MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 6, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) announced today that its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology, Inc. received a $1.3 million order from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) for the development of a high power Ka-band amplifier. The amplifier will be a high-efficiency design for use in U.S.A.F. airborne platforms.
