Robert R. Firth Appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Upper Iowa University

Robert R. Firth, President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. (NYSE:AHD) and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent LLC, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Upper Iowa University. Mr. Firth received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Upper Iowa. A member of UIU's Board of Trustees since 2006, his appointment as chair is effective November 1, 2008.
Upper Iowa University's main campus is located in Fayette, Iowa. The university was founded in 1857 and is a private, not-for-profit university providing undergraduate and graduate degree programs to approximately 6,000 students, both nationally and internationally, at various campuses and learning centers in the United States and Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.
