Ave Maria University Deploys ADC’s in-Building Wireless System

Ave Maria University, located in southwestern Florida, has deployed ADC's InterReach Fusion in-building wireless system to deliver multi-carrier cellular service throughout the campus facilities.

According to ADC, the system currently delivers cellular services from Alltel, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile, and Verizon inside a 90,000sqft library and campus center as well as three, 40,000sqft dormitories.

John Spindler, vice president of product management for ADC, said: "University campuses around the world are discovering that students and faculty demand reliable cellular service wherever they go. Our InterReach Fusion system is the preferred choice for bringing coverage within these institutions because it is the only system that delivers robust performance, high reliability, and very cost-effective deployment and management regardless of the size of the campus."
