Second Annual Houston Energy Financial Forum to Broadcast Live Video of Presentations

HOUSTON, Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ — PennWell Corp. and Oil & Gas Financial Journal (OGFJ) will hold the second annual Houston Energy Financial Forum, November 18 – 20, 2008 at The Houstonian.
