SHENYANG, China, Nov. 13 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. ("A-Power"), announced today that management will present at the upcoming Roth Capital Partners "China Comes To Vegas" Conference on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time). The conference is being held from November 19-21, 2008 at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. A-Power management will be available for one-on- one meetings throughout the conference.
