Titan Worldwide Shores Up Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Market with Port Authority Transit Corporation Win

Out-of-Home Media Leader Now Reaches 20 Million More Philadelphia and New Jersey Commuters Each Year

NEW YORK, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ — Titan Worldwide has signed an exclusive contract to manage the out-of-home advertising assets of the Delaware River Port Authority’s subsidiary, the Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO), which operates rail service between Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.

PATCO has 13 stations within the Greater Philadelphia Designated Market Area (DMA) that service more than 38,000 weekday riders of its rail service. Titan already manages the out-of-home advertising program of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) giving Titan dominance in the Greater Philadelphia Market.

The five-year contract, beginning November 1, 2008, was awarded through an RFP process. With this addition, Titan, the leader in Transit Advertising in the United States, will offer various media forms including alternative brand cars, seat-back displays, station dominations, platform posters, banners and trestles. Titan will offer advertisers interior and exterior train wraps and interior car cards — advertising formats that were previously not available on PATCO.
