Falcon Media Services, Ltd. Changes Name and Completes Forward Split of Common Shares

WEST BABYLON, N.Y., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Falcon Media Services, Ltd. announces that it has changed its name to Extreme Mobile Coatings Corp. Ltd., and has been assigned a new OTC Bulletin Board trading symbol, "EMOBF".

In addition Extreme Mobile Coatings Corp. Ltd. has completed a forward split of two (2) new ordinary shares for each original one (1) ordinary share, resulting in a total of 35,608,636 issued and outstanding shares of stock.

Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Extreme Mobile Coatings, Inc., based in Nicholasville, Kentucky, Extreme offers franchise opportunities to operate a mobile business which provides painting or coating on various surfaces utilizing a special patented mobile system developed by Xiom Corp. (XMCP.ob) and licensed to Extreme. In addition, Extreme operates a mobile coating business in and around Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Potential customers include hospitals, physician offices, schools, day care centers, marinas and other businesses and individuals.

Materials used with the XIOM System are produced from various formulas of plastic powders. The powder mixture is melted and projected onto a substrate via a mixture of air and flammable gases that produce the actual coating. The air, flammable gases and powder mixture are brought together through a specialized and patented gun with a flame nozzle where the powder material is melted and sprayed forward onto the surface to be coated. The gases and heated coating are cooled by the surface that it adheres to.

Extreme Mobile Coatings Corp, Ltd. intends to operate Extreme as it's sole line of business.
