Smartcool Systems’ Philippines distributor inks marketing deal with energy efficiency leader

VANCOUVER, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ – Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSXV: SSC) is pleased to report that Smartcool Systems SEA PTE Ltd., Smartcool’s distributor for the Philippines, has signed a joint venture marketing agreement with Davies Energy Systems, Inc., located in Makati, Philippines, to promote energy efficiency technologies throughout the Philippines.

The joint venture brings together two companies that have successfully introduced energy efficiency technologies and services to the Philippines marketplace. As the island nation is dependent on fossil fuels to generate power, rising demand for energy has created significant impacts on the environment and higher residential and commercial electricity rates.
